This interesting euphorbia has three or four sided stems. While it does have thorns, the drop shaped leaves emerge from between two thorns. Euphorbia trigona will thrive in hot sun with regular waterings that do not leave the roots wet for any length of time. If your happy plant becomes old enough to produce flowers, you will see them in the spring
