In Ontario, Tiarella cordifolia is a native plant, the 'foamflower greeting us in the spring woodlands. The breeders have done their magic and we have a number of dependable garden plants that don't creep as much as the species, and have showier flowers and foliage colours. 'Jeepers Creepers' has large green foliage with deep red veins and is topped by large cream coloured flowers. A well behaved trailing Tiarella.
