Tradescantia 'Little Doll'
The foliage is interesting enough in the plain green version of Tradescantia, plus the purple, white or pink flowers that make the plant look like a bonus spider plant. While many may say Tradescantia is for full sun, in our dry Ontario Augusts I think all colours do best in a little shade unless provided with ample soil moisture.Relatively disease and pest-free. 'Little Doll' has small, compact grassy-like foliage topped by masses of light blue three-petaled flowers with yellow stamens. Part sun, sun.
Bloom time May-September

Please note: This picture shows what the plant may look like when more mature. At this time our plants may not look like this.
