'Blue Moon' is a very hardy Kentucky wisteria, producing long racemes of fragrant lavender pea-like flowers with powder blue overtones hanging below the branches in spring and sometimes reblooming later. The narrow compound leaves emerge coppery-bronze in spring and turn yellow in fall. The seed pods are best removed to control seedlings. Wisteria may be high maintenance vines but deliver a big return for your effort. Best grown in full sun, plants may reach more than 30'/9m, but pruning is advised for best show.
Please note: This picture shows what the plant may look like when more mature. At this time our plants may not look like this.
