Christmas Market Vendor Application

We are thrilled to host our very first Christmas Market as part of our annual Open House this year! Please fill out the form below to apply as a vendor.

Details to note:
- Base Vendor Fee is $50 + HST
- Booth set-up may begin at 8:00AM. Market will run from 10:00AM - 3:00PM. Booth teardown starts at 3:00PM until 5:00PM. Special accommodations must be made prior for alternative set-up or teardown times.
- Vehicles may unload at our front entrance, but must be parked in our overflow lot by 10:00AM.
- Vendors are encouraged to provide their own table and chairs. We have a limited number we can lend out for an additional fee. Tents are not required as event will be indoors.

Are there any other accommodations you'd like to request for your booth? We will do our best, but it is not guaranteed.

I acknowledge that Colour Paradise Greenhouses is not responsible for any injuries, theft, damages, loss of goods or any other incidents resulting from my participation, including during setup, the market, teardown or transportation. I agree that I am solely responsible for my own safety, belongings and any items related to my attendance.
